The staff here is amazing, offering great service and personality, and the location is very central by the ferry.

The junior suite had central heating, a private safe and pay television, facilities worked for us.

The rooms are beautifully appointed, clean, and spacious, with high tech facilities such as Netflix on TV. The staff is friendly, offering impeccable service and excellent hospitality. The breakfast is fantastic, with a wide range of options. There is also a rooftop restaurant and pool with the best view in town.

The toilet in the room had a recurring issue of running water.

We absolutely loved the incredible views of Positano from our private terrace at Hotel Eden Roc Suites. The location was perfect, just a short walk away from everything but still peaceful and serene. The room was luxurious and spacious, and the housekeeping team took great care of us during our stay. The breakfast was superb, with friendly staff who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The rooftop pool and sun deck were fantastic, offering unrivaled relaxation. the services and staff were exceptional, and the owner even personally wished us farewell. We can't wait to return to Eden Roc!

I had an incredible stay at this hotel. The staff, especially Tony at breakfast, were absolutely amazing. They were incredibly helpful and made me feel so welcomed. The hotel's location was perfect as well. It was close enough to walk to the main beach and town center, but also high enough to capture the most breathtaking views of the sea below. The cleanliness of the room was top-notch, and the bed was so comfortable. The hotel also had great facilities, including a hot tub in the sea view rooms, which was perfect for relaxing after a long day exploring this beautiful coastal city.
